Returns Policy

At Rachel Lee we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Rachel Lee products purchased from estetica-beauty.co.uk/online/ and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

All returns must be pre-approved by Rachel Lee.

Please contact Rachel Lee within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
2. Contact our Rachel Lee on 07977 698137 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.
4. Take your package to the nearest DPD store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
