At Rachel Lee we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.<\/span><\/p>

We\u2019ll gladly accept returns for any Rachel Lee products purchased from estetica-beauty.co.uk\/online\/<\/a> and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.<\/span><\/p>


Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>


All returns must be pre-approved by Rachel Lee.

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Contact our Rachel Lee on 07977 698137 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).<\/span><\/li>
  3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Take your package to the nearest DPD store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
